A big day for Naomi

First, Naomi tried some sweet potato:

And after we got home, she practiced some new moves!

Naomi has been practicing her first word over and over again.  Here's a quick video clip - it's definitely not her best attempt but you'll get the idea!

Mmmm, Avocado!

Naomi loves her 2nd food - avocado!  She gobbles it up and then cries for more.  Today she downed 2 tablespoons worth.  Here's a photo of her preparing for her meal in full body bib:

A Letter From Naomi

My First Week in Mt. Hood

Dear Mom and Dad,

I had a great first week in Mt. Hood!  My new teachers and friends were all so friendly to me! 

There were also so many new toys to play with!  I wanted to try everything out! 

I also showed off my rolling over skills!  My teachers were pretty proud of me! 

Here is a picture of mommy and me in my new classroom!  My teachers have welcomed us warmly and I think I will continue to enjoy it here!
